Great place to stay. My family has been staying for several Airbnbs in this trip and this place is, with zero doubt, the best place. Not even comparable. We were already surprised once we entered, how clean and well organised this place was. No bad smell, no stain, no dust, we found nothing that bothered us. Plus, there is a park right next to the house where we can enjoy the splash pad. Highly recommended

Le séjour que nous avons passés chez Alex était absolument incroyable, le logement est tellement accueillant qu'on s'y sent comme à la maison, Alex et sa famille nous ont accueilli comme des amis et nous avons même eu la chance de faire une balade avec eux. Il y avait pleins de petites attentions dans le logement et dans les messages envoyés par Alex. Le quartier est extrêmement paisible. This place is conveniently located in Montreal, close to local grocery stores, gas stations, and freeways. It’s easy to travel to downtown or anywhere nearby without getting stuck in traffic. The interior of the home is truly beautiful and well-designed, with more amenities than you might expect. Alex, the host, was fantastic and provided prompt responses to all our inquiries. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again if we visit Montreal in the future.

Located in Pierrefonds, West Island, Montreal, our area offers a peaceful, family-friendly environment with nearby parks, cafés, and local shops, combining tranquility with convenience.

🚭 Can I smoke, vape, or use any marijuana products during my stay?

Smoking, vaping, or using any marijuana products is strictly prohibited inside the suite to maintain a fresh, healthy, and family-friendly environment. Guests are welcome to smoke or vape outdoors only, and there’s a small park just next to the house, a perfect spot to enjoy some fresh air respectfully and responsibly.

🐾 Do you accept pets?

At the moment, we don’t host pets , just to keep the space allergy-friendly for everyone.

🧴 What should I bring with me?

We’ve got the basics covered , towels, shampoo, coffee, tea, and more. Just bring your personal items and a smile 😊

🌸 Do you provide anything special for longer stays?

Yes! For extended guests, we provide extra linens, cleaning supplies, and starter essentials to make you feel completely at home.

Yes! You may find everything essential you may need , stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, cookware, and more. It’s ready for family meals or cozy breakfasts.

Yes, we live upstairs , close enough if you need quick help, but far enough to give you full privacy. We’re just a quick message away!

Definitely! We love hosting families. You’ll find toys, books, a high chair, and a Pack ’n Play to make your little ones feel at home.

🧺 Is there laundry available?

Absolutely. You’ll have your own private washer and dryer with AI technology :) no sharing, no waiting. Perfect for longer stays!

🚗 Is parking available?

Yes! You’ll have two free parking spots right in front of the house. Super convenient for families and travelers with luggage.
In winter, one indoor parking is available upon request with extra cost. Ask Alex !

🎉 Can I host a party or small gathering?

We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful stay , so while small family dinners are fine, parties or loud gatherings aren’t allowed out of respect for our neighbors. Our goal is to keep the environment calm, cozy, and relaxing for everyone.
