Alex was a great host and I really enjoyed my stay. He was very responsive and proactive, going out of his way to make me feel welcome and offer any assistance if needed. The basement apartment is quite spacious and Alex provided virtually all the toiletries and supplies imaginable. The Pierrefonds neighborhood was safe and quiet, and Alex's home is right next to a park and a few minutes from a lovely riverwalk area. Getting to Downtown, Old Montreal, and other tourist areas takes some effort if using public transit but there is a bus stop close to the house. The location is very convenient if driving. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

By far one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! Alex is an incredible host! From the moment of our first interaction, Alex has been a joy & pleasure to communicate with. He responded in a very timely manner & also reached out throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Alex made our stay extremely comfortable, we felt super welcomed & at home from the get-go. He also provided some amazing extras like drinks in the fridge & snacks. There was shampoo, conditioner, soaps & other products in the bathroom which is amazing if you forget something/want to pack light! The home is gorgeous & beautifully furnished. It had plenty of space for our family of five & had lots of games and things for kids to play with. Checking in/out was a breeze! The home is situated right next to a lovely park which has a really cool playground & a splash pad! Perfect location with lots of amenities around. I HIGHLY recommend this Airbnb! Truly lives up to the name Warm/ChaleureuxStayMTL!! Merci!!

Alex was an amazing host. Online communications was quick and friendly. His place was immaculate! It was clean and had all the amenities that a normal house would have. The space was huge with 2 bedrooms and a nice sofa bed. The beds and sheets were so comfy that I went out to buy the same duvet covers (lol). The complimentary Netflix and YT TV was nice although we didn't get to use it too much. The kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances. The abundance of snacks, tea/coffee was appreciative (thanks)! The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful. There was a private driveway to park my vehicle although street parking was safe as well. I was fortunate to meet Alex and Jana in person on one of the days which was very nice. Overall, I would definitely come back to stay when in Montreal! A solid 10 on 10!

I recently stayed in this basement apartment for 2 nights, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless. The hosts provided clear instructions and were responsive to messages, which made settling in stress-free. He was available for anything and anytime even at 2 am!! The space itself was spotless and well-maintained. It had a warm, cozy feel with soft lighting, tasteful decor, and comfortable furnishings. The bed was especially comfortable, with clean linens and extra pillows and blankets available. The seating area was a nice touch, with a small couch and a TV with streaming services. What really impressed me was how well-equipped the basement was. we had full access to Kitchen and had everything,The bathroom was private, very clean, and stocked with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and fresh towels. Overall, this basement Airbnb was a great find.

Stayed at this place with 3 friends and this place exceeded my expectations it was very comfortable, it had everything we needed , and the host was incredibly nice and always checked in to see if we needed anything and responded very quick to messages. Will definitely come back if I’m in Canada again!!!

Alex is a very lovely and thoughtful host! I mentioned I was graduating and he put up a "congrats grad" decoration to welcome me! Very sweet and nice gesture! 😊 Alex stocked the fridge with drinks and there were snacks on the table when I arrived! Alex really goes above and beyond! He is very quick to respond to any requests. The airbnb is very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. It is well decorated and has many books and games (exploding kittens, small table tennis that can be set up). There is an exercise/gym area with an excercise bike, weights, foam roller & bench. The kitchen is well stocked and very modern and new. There is a nice park next door too. We had a wonderful stay here :)
